Borrowers can reset their Simple Nexus / Home On Time (HOTA) password by going directly to our HOTA website. https://applynow.lend.us/login
Borrowers will need to click the "Need Help" on the login screen just beside the Sign In button.
Then s/he will be asked for her/his email address then click next.
Then next, s/he will be asked to where s/he would like to send her/his verification code.
A code will be sent to her/his mobile number or email and s/he needs enter on this window.
Then lastly, s/he will be prompted to click "Continue" to just login to her/his HOTA account or "Reset Password".
