To fully utilize the features of the AskUs help center, is recommended that you log in before searching or asking questions via that chat screen, as some of the articles are only available visible to signed-in users.
To log in, simply click on Sign in button in the top-right corner of the page. If prompted to enter your credentials, use your LendUS account username and password.
Once logged in, all of the articles will now be available to you and they will now also appear in your search queries using the search bar or by asking the support bot.
