What Do I Do If There Is No Sound Inside The Cloud?

If you are not hearing any sound when playing audio or video files while inside the cloud, it is advised to check your sound settings outside the cloud.

Before starting the procedure, make sure that you are not muted both inside and outside the Cloud. This can be checked by the speaker icon located in the far-right corner of your taskbar.

Once you've confirmed that you are not muted and there is still no sound coming from inside the Cloud, proceed to the procedure below.

Note: Do not exit or sign out of Cloud for this procedure.

  1. On your local computer, right-click on the speaker icon located in the far-right corner of your taskbar.

  2. Click on Open Volume Mixer.

  3. In the Volume Mixer window, check the Citrix HDX Engine volume bar and make sure that its volume level is also set to the same level as the other application you have running.

Done! You should now be able to hear sounds from files playing inside the Cloud.
