Cloud/Citrix Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password and can no longer login into our cloud desktop, please follow these steps to access the self-service password reset using the Microsoft Password Reset Tool:

1) Start by going here

2) Type in your primary email address into the User ID field and enter the character in the captcha field and click Next


3)  Select the option "I forgot my password" and click Next



4)  Select the option on the left to submit the type of validation that you would like to use:


5)  Type-in your preferred password in the space provided and click submit to change your password.  Your newly elected password should take effect within 1-2 minutes.
